  My job descripsion 1. First project, reduce takt time in supply logistic, increasing production make takt time muct reduce to covering demand, the method is first genba (observation to field) this is to know actually condition, next improvement methods of work, and make same pokayoke to helping opetator, Finally make standardize work. 2. Second project, reduce lead time at packing export, before condition inventory at container yard stuck 5 days before go to the port, after condition only stuck 2-3 days. the way to reduce is first replanning daily production, the purpose is make product after production direct to packing, reduce inventory to safety stock, secound make sure inventory ready only for 1 day. 3. Third project, reduce cycle time at packing component cylinder head, first genba ( to know actual condition) second improvement layout this purpose to minimize unnecessary motion (muda step) and reduce defect with make tools ( pokayoke) . this very effective to reduce cycle time at packing compnent.
