Enercity / Lynqtech decided in 2018 to build a bespoke digital energy billing solution to replace their legacy SAP IS-U system. I was given the responsibility of liasing with external vendors, defining and specifying the key functional requirements that the platform needed to replace the legacy system, drive and quality assure key migration requirements and lead a migration taskforce in the closing phase of the project.
