I had the great pleasure of working with Kumara - a phenomenally talented FPGA Architect, as I started participating and eventually managing Zeiss's relationship with Dalsa. Kumara has a long history with Zeiss and led his highly professional team to deliver critical imaging technology for many product releases of several SD-OCT product lines. Kumara and his team provided exceptional support to Zeiss Dublin R&D team that managed the SD OCT platforms within Zeiss and developed a deep understanding of the product configurations and associated needs. I highly recommend his work, deep expertise in the imaging domain and exceptional leadership capabilities. I shall deeply cherish the success we were part of and wish him all the best in future endeavors.

I have worked with Kumara as a 3rd party component supplier for several years and am always impressed with the level of dedication he puts in to his work. He takes pride in his customer’s system level product just as much as he does for his own component. What has become even more clear through some recent development projects is just how diverse Kumara’s technical expertise extends. While he is also supported by a strong team, he is very knowledgeable about the entire product and picks up the customer’s product details very quickly. Kumara does an exceptional job both leading the technical efforts of the team, and communicating with the customer. I look forward to working with Kumara and his team in the future.
