I worked under Pablo at the Longview site where he was the site director for a while. He brought the Longview site out of a slump into a site that was meeting and surpassing goals while increasing profit margins. He was an excellent, no nonsense leader, and one of the best site directors I have worked for. I would heartily recommend him because he has the experience and the knowledge to produce results.

Pablo is a great leader and a joy to work with. He has successfully led his team and increased results to 100% to green in overall performance. Pablo is also well respected by his peers and clients. His leadership and organizational skills have been invaluable to our program. I’m very impressed with his drive and determination to strive for success.
