  At Seed, I managed 86 investors information portals, designing keynote data and statistics to enable investors to make day to day important decisions. Advising the office teams, accounting departments and technical staff on all regulatory disciplines and how to manage data to mitigate risks and maximise on productivity.  2 Year project consolidating all internal business processes into an Asp.Net MVC web application, Developed an inhouse web portal for all investment and project performance within 6 months and on budget with more than 150 users.  Recently migrated the same application to .NET Core and hosted Azure solution.  Responsible for IT security (breaches, outages, firewall, patches).  Responsible for overseeing, monitoring and tracking projects worth over 13 million.  Responsible for all aspects of training & mentoring members of staff (e.g. company policies, IT compliance & security).  Communicating & liaising with directors and all department heads.  Responsible for managing all company databases.  Managed a small team with members located in different parts of Europe (e.g. moved company infrastructure to be cloud-based & paperless, corporate website).

  Reporting to the General Manager, my primary responsibility was maintaining Hardware and Software for Avco Data Centres. This involved building servers, networks and cabling as well as being the 1st Line support for Payroll, Accounting and Secure Data Exchange departments. I developed, delivered and tested Software for Internal systems such as hardware and software auditing and centralization of customer information. Testing of commercial software such as the A2C Migration Application, AnyComms Plus, Avco SFX and various mobile and web based projects.
