As Policy Lead my remit composes of three primary roles: ● To conduct research and analysis and monitor emerging UK policy trends for the purpose of co-ordinating and producing public sector facing seminars. ● To provide regular project support and stakeholder management for senior advisors and line managers for the launch of a strategic international hub in the Caribbean. Including liaison with counterparts of foreign ministries and key international stakeholders to ensure effective and collaborative delivery. ● To produce and edit key organisation documents including the Government Gazette which has a primary audience of EU legislators. Responsibilities also include overseeing a programme of change from face to face training and events to a greater use of digital and online platforms for new and established clients. This has required extensive stakeholder management and support along with being able to understand and manage new technology. Show less
