Elizabeth has had a tremendously positive impact on the Data Services team at Shamrock in her first year with us. Her engineering background outside of IT gave her a strong appreciation for the importance of process and a quality-oriented mindset, both of which have been very apparent in her advocacy for process & quality improvements for our data pipelines & analytics environment. She's also proven herself to be exceptionally capable of diving in to learn unfamiliar tools & technologies, and then to share that knowledge with her teammates via documentation and demonstrations. She always takes the time to analyze a problem from a variety of angles, asks critical questions, and develops a clear understanding of the "why" behind whatever task comes her way. She has an architect's mindset and natural leadership ability. I trust her implicitly and know that whatever she is doing, she will do with excellence. The sky's the limit for her.

Elizabeth and I studied together at the University of Kansas Data Analytics Bootcamp. I thoroughly enjoyed my time collaborating with Elizabeth in the final group project and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to our team. She is super smart, dependable and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, she has a great sense of humor and an easy-going personality that I found enjoyable to be around. Her knowledge of data analytics and expertise in machine learning was a huge advantage to our team. Even though Elizabeth was my peer in the class, she was able to explain the machine learning concepts from our project to me in a way that it made sense. She is a true team player, and her knowledge and experience absolutely elevated the overall quality of our work.
