I have been coaching attorneys for over two decades on building their law practice. In addition, I have coached hundreds of lawyers looking to achieve greater career satisfaction in and out of the law. From the late 1990s until 2021, I also placed top attorney talent in law firms, life sciences and technology companies. I worked with ambitious partners, associates and in-house counsel who were considering a lateral move. I now devote 100% of my time to coaching. From the start, I have always focused on the success of the attorneys who work with me. I start with the "why" (why a lawyer is unhappy in their career and what changes need to be made to increase their career satisfaction.) As an experienced coach, I work with attorneys to identify comfortable ways to market their services. Clients also come to me when they are looking for ways to elevate their career satisfaction and become more impactful leaders and managers. I bring empathy and humor to my work.
