Allan Dickson MNM MSc IEng MIMechE
I have worked with Craig on a number of projects including the Ningaloo Vision and the Balai Mutiara FPSO's and always found him to very professional in all his business. He possesses a wide range of practical maritime related skills and knowledge only obtainable through years of deep sea experience. At Argonautica he has strived to develop a company that delivers high quality work and innovative solutions in an environment where integrity and professionalism are ingrained company and personal values. He works diligently towards successful completion of all projects regardless of the size. Handling single surveys and multi million dollar shipyard projects with care and attention. Craig is easy to work with and looks after the team he is working with. Health and Safety are always the top priority during all the projects he has undertaken. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I worked with Craig for in excess of 18 months on the NV FPSO Upgrade Project for Apache, myself as Commissioning Manager / Co-ordinator and Craig as the Construction Superintendent. Craig was involved throughout the shipyard scope, from initially setting up the Keppel project office through to final vessel sail away. The project was typically challenging, not least of all with respect to the small size of the core project team, the continuously developing scope and the usual pressures on schedule. Throughout the job I found Craig to be both professional and results driven, setting specific, measurable goals and matching resources, tools, and action plans to ensure success. He was well respected by Keppel Shipyard, Apache Projects and Apache Operations personnel alike. His positive temperament helped to keep the project moving forward. He always made himself available to discuss issues and his balance of experience, ability to listen, desire to ‘challenge the status quo’ and willingness to compromise helped ensure expedient decision making. I learnt a considerable amount from Craig throughout the project and would happily work with him again.
