I have had the pleasure of working with Victoria over the past 2+ years. She is a well-versed instructional designer, who keeps our team on our toes regarding accessibility and copyright. She is passionate about insuring that ALL learners have access to the content! In fact, she has taken the initiative to research and engage in professional development opportunities toward an accessibility certification to support the work of our organization. Victoria is a person of great integrity and this characteristic carries through in her instructional design practice. She thoughtfully guides her SMEs through the best practices of developing meaningful content, and then strategizes with our media team to create relevant instructional media pieces to support the content. Victoria is also a team player who is skilled at building community and frequently takes the lead to pull the team together, celebrate successes, and honor teammates. She also plays a key role on a few different strategic initiatives and work groups, one of which is UCI's Accessibility Committee. I'm grateful I've had the opportunity to work with and learn from Victoria!
