  During the summer of 2019,I was able to intern with the Homicide Unit of the Amarillo City Police Department. Here I followed members if the unit around as they did their daily talks and was able to observe crime scene investigating first hand. I was able toes first hand what goes in to evidence collection and categorizing as well as following Detectives when talking to families.
