  In charge of running the day-to-day operations of SM City Fairview, from 2003 to 2007, improving over-all mall ranking among the SM Supermalls existing at that time from number 5 to number 3. Improved sales performance due to strong collaboration with mall affiliates and tenants. Tenant occupancy rose to as high as 97% due also to close coordination with Leasing Division. In other earlier mall assignments (SM City North EDSA/SM Megamall/SM City Sta. Mesa), was tasked to conduct Carpark Cashier Training (when carpark crossed over from manual to electronic cashiering) and also conducted a 1-day seminar for mall building administration officers on memorandum writing. Was a member then of two mall-wide CSR committees, the People With Disabilities Committee and Solid Waste Management Committee during their growing-up stage.
