Bio
Jonathan Gandolf
It's rare (at least, in my experience) to meet a creative who is as immensely talented as Kristy while also having such a diverse skillset. Kristy was comfortable with challenging herself and the team. And, I got to watch her grow and achieve so much outside of her comfort zone. Or at least, what I thought her comfort zone was. Kristy proved she was confident in managing and mentoring a team of talented creatives – ensuring they were challenged and growing along the way. She led her team, who successfully implemented and owned our project management solution (Yes! A creative who also loves process). She was comfortable managing up when she needed to and intensely listening when she needed to. She was comfortable launching a new brand, a new messaging framework, and a new website... several times. Kristy accepted every challenge head-on, always asked the right questions, and helped me grow at a critical time during my own career. I'm fortunate to have gotten to manage Kristy but also learn from her. Kristy's career journey will continue to accelerate, and I can't wait to see where it takes her.

Kristy has exceptional talent and focus. Her commitment to great design and artful aesthetics is what makes her a wonderful asset to a creative team. Her wonderful work ethic and loyalty to our company makes her a highly valued employee and colleague. We miss her here at All Terrain and continue to tap her for freelance work as we value her abilities so much. At a very early period in her career Kristy was building branding and logos for major companies and celebrities like GM and Quarterback Jay Cutler . She is a passionate, focused and smart person. I truly value the times we collaborated on projects. I know we will continue to see great things from Ms.Bittles.
