The Reserve Bank offers its customers high-quality bespoke business banking services and is now able to leverage more contemporary architecture and programming platform, to enable greater responsiveness to customers’ requirements. This has been a key multi-year program of work for the bank to ensure it's customers continue to receive the high levels of service excellence that have traditionally been provided and has recently been recognised winning the inaugural ITNews 2020 Benchmark Award for Project of National Significance. This role managed and had ultimate delivery responsibility for the Stream transformation activities associated with vendor selection, procurement, implementation and integration of the Core Banking Solution (TCS BaNCS). This included IT hardware and software procurement, integration along with leadership of all business activities, including data migration, reconciliation and change management. End to end leadership of the Core Banking transformation program, leading a number of both business and IT workstreams along with managing the Core Banking Solution vendor (TCS BaNCS) under an Agile and DevOps based delivery framework with multiple Scrum teams based in Sydney, Bangalore and Delhi, overall team size being approximately 100 resources.
