I am supporting the great team at DYW Borders, helping connect young people to engaging businesses and the world of work. We are a government funded programme, as part of the Young Person Guarantee and the 16+ targets. We have DYW coordinators in each of our Border high schools who aim to be a supporting link between teachers, pupils, parents and our businesses. • Photographer
      • Sep 2007 - Present

I was a commercial photographer, with a Documentary Photography degree, covering both studio and location projects for business and the Third Sector. The range of work I undertook included reportage, commercial, events and studio. My work was used by clients across the UK in reports, websites, brochures, catalogues, events and promotions. I had a well equipped modern studio with specialist studio & location lighting for stills or video. I produced video with one project involved making 32 short pierces for the Borders Business Awards My own documentary work explores our interaction with land and the outdoors (perhaps not surprising considering my background!)
