  SoundCloud App Development - As a concept project, I researched and designed an Exclusive Video Content feature, to increase member subscriptions and revenue. Discovery and user interviews: Conducted user interviews to understand the impact and utility of the video feature to be implemented for the app. Comparative analysis: I did an exhaustive analysis to understand the comparative market for exclusive video content apps to validate the feature selection Solution: Designed the product that optimizes both business goals and user goals User Persona, Problem Statement, HMWs, User Flows: Defined the scope and structure of the solution and its implementation Low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes: Developed grayscale wireframes and rapid prototyping to take it to usability testing. High-fidelity wireframes and prototypes: Developed mock-up level, high fidelity wireframes and rapid prototyping ready for usability testing. Usability testing and validation: Conducted usability testing to identify pain points and validity of design decisions which improved users' willingness to subscribe to SoundCloud from 50% to 83.3%. Book Nook Bookstore Project - Developed this concept project to redesign their existing website to create a responsive e-commerce platform. User Research: Feature inventory analysis to understand the competitive market for leading bookstores. Platform and traffic source analysis to understand the comparative market in the retail e-commerce industry. Card Sorting and information architecture: Defined the architecture of the website with the help of card sorting to create categories and design intuitive navigation. Wireframing and rapid prototyping: Created a prototype with easy and intuitive navigation. I worked on the design system with finalizing the typography and color palette. Usability testing: Conducted usability testing to validate design decisions for browse and checkout process which users completed in an average time of 2 mins 12 secs Show less
