Susan reported directly to me for two years at MWH as a SharePoint Developer. During that time Susan was continually the stand out member of my development team. Susan is highly skilled and has a mind set that is able to think fully around a solution. Susan introduced site collection creation automation via azure services and developed console applications to help with the content deployment and updating of these same lists and libraries down stream. This meant we could always use just one template for project delivery in use vs multiple iterations. It was a pleasure having Susan in the team. Susan was also able to support and mentor other developers with adopting Angular and Type Script for SharePoint as our systems moved from SharePoint 2013 to Online. Susan is also really easy to get along with. You can have her help with requirements gathering then she will be able to propose multiple options for development approaches or solutions. I would recommend Susan to be part of any development team that wanted to really move its solutions forward.

Susan and I worked on several SharePoint initiatives at CHI and she was really great to work with. She not only is very knowledgeable and sound in her development, but she is a great teacher and mentor. Each challenge that we encountered together, she accepted with a smile and viewed it as an opportunity, not a problem. The development she did on CHI's OneCare SharePoint site was fantastic, users love using it and compliment the look and feel all the time. I really enjoyed working with Susan and would again, if provided the opportunity.
