As a director with Darwin Training I have worked with Corinne for over a year on the European Social Fund (ESF) Project, delivering skills to the workforce. This is a complex project involving several training providers both independent and statutory, delivering to different sectors of the workforce and as such we need to liaise closely with her as the Project Lead. Corinne manages the allocated fund for Shrewsbury College, ensuring that timescales, benchmarks, and funding requirements are met, mainly due to her excellent communication skills. No matter what discrepancies or inconsistencies we come across, Corinne always deals with us professionally with good humour and a genuine willingness to help us get issues resolved.

I have worked with Corinne for the past year. In that time we have built up a very smooth running and efficient working relationship which has brought benefits to both her organisation and mine. I very much hope to continue to work in partnership, developing and expanding our training offer.
