I worked with Caroline for two years during my time at SUNY Geneseo. Caroline was my supervisor for both of these years, including my positions as Resident Assistant and Assistant Residence Director. After this time, Caroline has continued to be a wonderful mentor. Caroline is hard-working, dedicated, and strives for success. She is consistently looking for ways to improve herself and ways to provide growth opportunities to others, while still making sure to recognize the good work that is done within her team. She is a team player, and a model example of the student affairs professional that I strive to be.

Caroline was a leader in coordinating a new service on the Geneseo campus, the SARTeam. Her work was vital to the development and initial functioning of the program. For example, she developed and managed a schedule of volunteers to be on call to provide free, confidential hospital transport. She also coordinated communication with the SART board and with those on voluntary staff. Although it was not possible to sustain the large staff and original 24/7 format for the SARTeam after the first year, Caroline's organizational skills and leadership were critical in founding this important service, which continues today (see www.geneseo.edu/SART),
