Elaine is simply great to work with - both as a person and as a professional in her area(s) of expertise. Her character is above reproach and someone you can trust to be true to her word. She is extremely well organized and project oriented and just gets things done - she is very action oriented. She is also able to juggle many activities and groups without letting any of elements fall through the cracks. I really appreciate this about here and her ability to stay focused and on task to make sure things get done and done right. I would highly recommend her and feel she would be an asset to any organization that needs a solid GM or COO role in their organization.

I have worked in a variety of capacities with Elaine over the past decade or so. We served on staff at the same time at Overlake and then she served as a board member when I was with the National Coalition. We have also played indoor soccer together and worked on a variety of projects over the years. In EVERY interaction I’ve had with Elaine, she is competent, professional and an extremely high capacity individual. In all her dealings, she has integrity and treats people with respect even on occasions when she’s not been shown equal respect. I count it a privilege to write this recommendation, and an even higher privilege to continue to have opportunities to work with Elaine. I give Elaine two thumbs up and if I had an extra, she’d get three! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like more information. Garrick Pang Associate Director Stronger Families
