-Researched, negotiated and managed the acquisition of a fishing boat used to ferry Danish Jews from occupied Denmark to safety in neutral Sweden. The acquisition also included the successful safe trans-Atlantic shipping of the vessel from Denmark to Florida.-Supervise capital campaign consultant, throughout the feasibility study including the development of a $16 million campaign master plan, budget, and case for support-Successfully secured and managed allocations from state, county, and city governments for two fiscal years-Supervise staff and all operations-Secured $80,000 in donations from lapsed donors-Developed and delivered pitch for “bid from the heart” ask during 2022 virtual gala raising more than $200,000.
