I have had the pleasure of working with Laura for the past year and a half. I have found her to be a very dedicated and professional advancement director. She approaches her work with a multi-dimensional approach - truly caring for both the good of the institution and appreciation for the donors. I was privileged to observe Laura meeting and exceeding her fundraising goals year over year with confidence. Her persistence and go-get-'er attitude help her to motivate and inspire donors, staff, and volunteers alike to believe in the mission of the prep school feel compelled to give. I've really enjoyed my time working with her.

This was primarily a membership service position, and fundraising was mainly done through annual dues. I was introduced to Raiser's Edge, the concept of high-end stewardship, and working with an international membership.
