Don is one of the best managers I've worked for. His ability to listen and understand how each cog moves creates a highly collaborative and efficient team. Don is a visionary leader and encouraged us to set the bar higher than we had ever before. Every step we took with Don seemed bite-sized and linear, but by the time I looked back on all of our victories, we had achieved goals that would've been impossible without Don's leadership. I grew tremendously during our time working together and I hope to cross paths with Don again in the future!

Don is a great leader and an extremely hard worker. He was the general manager that had an open door policy. I knew that if I had a problem or needed help with something work related, I could approach him and count on him to hear me out and try to find a solution. I entered into a position I had no prior experience with and learned a lot through Don's direction and the tools he recommended I use. He did a great job of leading me and the rest of the company by explaining to us what it is that he wanted for us to do and by constantly checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to succeed in our tasks. He was always professional and focused and treated us all with respect. He was one of the best bosses I've had and really represented what the difference between what a manager is and what a leader is. His intelligence, focus, and leadership skills would make him a great asset to any organization.
