I am amazed to see the transition Mohit did from QA lead to Technical lead position on the project while working at Westjet. This was just within a few months on the project, especially because there were so many experienced team members existing on the team to take on the role. This is due to his commitment to work, overall solution understanding, business requirement elicitation, transform into technical specifications, data profiling capabilities. He has amazing technical skills that help in building integrated solutions, bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
