I just had a top-notch interview experience recently with Tara@Unqork - the best and the most efficient interview process I have ever experienced throughout my 21 years of career so far. Never have I had a talent acquisition manager who is so active and thoughtful of a candidate's needs, literally felt that she's always putting herself in the shoes of the candidates and fearlessly striving for the best interest for them. I'm from Sydney Australia and Tara's from New York City, can imagine the huge time difference and tiny overlap of work hours.She always made herself available despite late hours of hers to address all the questions and concerns I had. For most of the candidates out there, a company's Talent Acquisition team represents the brand of a company and is the first line of contact to find if the company is worthy of consideration. I would say it takes a great Talent Acquisition Manager like Tara to ascertain that the company is the right place to work for.
