Setup a good framework by using strong communication and problem solving. This nourished a great relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. Over the course of my time there I successfully managed and negotiated an over $135 million budget saving 35% by strategically sourcing vendors from all over the United States and globe, for various projects from marketing to IT to electrical charging units.
