I worked with Leslie as part of my client network where she was responsible for standardization of a vast network of one of the largest pharma companies. I have seen others doing this work earlier and she clearly stood out in her work being accurate and very organised. She has a clear understanding of the subject and does not hesitate to ask or answer questions. She is very approachable and knows and has immense process knowledge. She brings with her a vast array of ITSM knowledge.A clear asset to any company she works with and I must say a fantastic colleague. she can brighten up a dull with a big smile.

Leslie has been my customer for several years when I was Service Manager for IT infrastructure services. During this time I came to know Leslie as a dedicated and knowledgeable person. She has a broad view on the organisation and effectively uses that for her department and her own actions. I always looked forward to our Service Meetings because she is a very nice person. That doesn't mean she didn't challenge me in those meetings.

    • ITSM Manager
      • Oct 2012 - Jan 2014

In charge of Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management for our IT Security department. This included redesigning our ITIL process management from a splintered, unaligned, inefficient, process requiring 5-8 full time people, to an ITIL-lite - requiring only one full-time person and enabling the teams to manage themselves. I represented the security side of things in ITSM communities outside our department, raising awareness and cooperation inter-departmentally.
