I met Eric at SIT Graduate Institute through my capstone research project. He gave me an over an hour introduction and walked me through with detail on how he used Salesforce CRM to enhance his work in International Education admissions and marketing. I specifically remember walking away from his office and feeling so much gratitude for his willingness to go above and beyond in supporting others' professional growth. Eric has a brilliant way of managing people and authentically values the work of others around him. His dedication to his community is apparent based on his previous work as a board member at ILI, and has continued making time to support and fundraise for its mission. Since completing my degree at SIT, he continues to engage with me as an alumni and a professional connection. He never fails to amaze me with his willingness to respond and has offered me support on countless occasions in expanding my local network.

A leader within management ranks, Eric Wirth sets high expectations for his staff but provides the support and instruction that enables them to succeed. A genuine mentor, Eric identifies the confluence of corporate need and the individual’s interests/skill set to pursue his employees’ career development and thereby continually improve the level of service his department provides. More directly, Eric and I have collaborated in my own Salesforce realm, where his technical savvy and attention to practical detail broadly facilitate our mutual work. I admire Eric and readily recommend his skills, charisma, and professional intentions.
