      My interest in personal finance started during my final year in the school. It sparked me as I was thinking on how I can build my wealth effortlessly. As I imagine being a young executive will be highly demanding, thus there is no way to do another job to earn more. There should be a way which I can leverage to generate more wealth while I am busy delivering all tasks in hand. It landed me onto unit trust investment which suit my needs and circumstances. I do not have much time to monitor the portfolio and it gives me a significant return. The fund is managed professionally, and the risk is controlled within minimum tolerance. I am satisfied. 2 years later, I became a Unit Trust Consultant with the intention to share the value of this investment vehicle could bring to others as how it brought to me. A long the way, I realized that I am depending on my physical capabilities to build my investment portfolio. I only can add more into my investment if only I am still working. One incident sparked me where my friend was diagnosed with cancer. It takes almost all his savings i.e investment to pay up his medical treatment. Reason being, he hadn’t been covered by any insurance company. Lesson learnt? No matter how hard you work to build up your investment portfolio, it will vanish if you do not have any protection. That value brought me to venture into insurance/takaful industry. Again, with the intention to share the value it brings to other people. My journey started in Oct 2020 to serve all people around me to do a proper planning in building up their wealth and legacy. Show less
