Developed a strong team and built the foundation that allowed the the materials to be available when needed while decreasing the overall inventory levels. Through coaching and training brought the department up to the highest standards and all but eliminated the day to day problems faced by inventory professionals. Throughout the company and to many other functional teams and departments provided ERP and business processes training, developed the training materials, cross trained team members. Trained and certified the industrial truck/forlift operators.

During twelve week semesters with students receiving full course credits.Guide and motivate students. Share the knowledge I have gained throughout my life and careers. Use my communication and instructor training to understand the students and meet their needs as learning individuals. I am very tuned into people's understanding and know how to reach the individuals and make the learning experience valid and lasting.
