I had the pleasure of working with Jarrod over several years. He shines in building lasting relationships with new clients, managing accounts over the long haul and takes pride in providing a high level of clinical service. Give him open territory with opportunity and Jarrod will hit the ground running to drive sales growth.

I created and managed a $2M+ operation, running all of its finance, budgeting, contracts, vendors & inventory management functions. As my own Account Executive, I called on prospective clients needing sales representative services for wearables, disposables, implantable medical devices, and other monitoring devices. A few examples of my work include: Sold and provided technical/on-call support for St. Jude/Pacemaker pacemakers and Ventritex defibrillators; Supported and educated customers on LifeWatch arrhythmia monitors; & Distributed implantable and disposables for Oscar Medical and Dig. Talk of soft assets falls flat these days. So I might be taking a risk to say it, but I really do think I operate with a big edge in communication skills. Among them would be a strong sense of social cues and the ability to make persuasive arguments to varying audiences. While these may sound like common boasts, the consistent recognitions from multiple Heart Sync clients were too numerous to ignore. As well, I developed a track record early on for anticipating problems before they arise, opportunities before they come up, and selected to mentor others as I am intuitive, empathic and genuine. While providing clinical and sales support for a device distributor covering Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia, I operated as the sole Clinical Specialist. This was a startup venture within which I helped build a $3M Territory. In many cases, I won the sale instead of the sales rep. This stood as the first indicator of a long string of relationships that have lasted across 4 coming jobs. I was hired into these jobs to begin with by former bossessand colleagues, and came to bring at least half of my territory worth in loyal business along with me. Otherwise, I have simply built millions of new business and new relationships from scratch, all alone, on the road – acting as both seller and technical expert. In my day-to-day, I supported a 50% volume device contract with a world-renown large teaching hospital in Baltimore, and covered cases and clinics for multiple area companies for pacemakers and defibrillators. As this was a startup, I wore every hat imaginable—from shipping & receiving to catering to critical settings like hospitals and the cardiology settings within them. This later helped me win trust in future positions with clinical teams, and helped me when I was performing as a distributor with $300,000 in inventory under management. Some other startup hats include A/R, A/P, and other financial, technical, operational and administrative input and contributions. I covered on-call for urgent needs in Emergency Room, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, or Angiography Suite 24/7/365 without a glitch! Show less
