In a program is full of dedicated, motivated, and talented students, Stacy inevitably rises to the top. I have had the privilege of working with Stacy both academically and professionally. As a fellow student we have worked together on a variety of projects and her work has always been first rate. Her contributions are timely, succinct, well-reasoned, and grounded in the latest scholarly research. In short, if Stacy is on your team, you know the job is going to get done. This applies professionally as well. Stacy and I were colleagues at the National Gallery of Art, where we were both Press and Public Information interns. She is the consummate professional - organized, efficient, and goal-oriented. Plus, she is a wiz at Excel.
Amy Mannarino
I am pleased to recommend Stacy--she was the most competent and quick study of all of the interns I've had over the past six years at the Walters Art Museum’s Office of Public Relations. She was excellent at multitasking, and when I edited her work, she made timely changes and improved in her next task. Stacy really became an expert at using Twitter for promotion during her internship and worked skillfully to create interesting content related to our major fall exhibition as well as for a smaller focus show. She learned how to use the HootSuite application to track and monitor tweets about the museum and little intervention from me was needed. In the last week of her internship, Stacy was an enormous help with a last minute request from The Travel Channel involving a show called "Mysteries of the Museum." She assisted me in creating a pitch letter involving nine mysteries related to the museum’s collection. This included summarizing, editing and obtaining information from a variety of sources to create concise and easy to understand stories. This was on a very, very short deadline, and without her help, I would have been at the office all night.
