Michael Mills
As the manager of IBM's Knowledge Factory in the late 90's, our team grew into one of the world's leading providers of eLearning solutions for IBM clients across all industry verticals. During this time of incredible growth within this new market, Kim was arguably our strongest project manager. She was instrumental in shaping our factory development model and innovative development tools that IBM introduced into the market. Kim's greatest strengths were her ability to create strong client relationships based on credibility and precise execution, and her ability to manage teams of development resources by keeping them motivated and on task. She consistently delivered projects on time and within budget, but most importantly, she delighted our clients in the process. I highly recommend Kim as a leader and senior program manager!
Susan Woodrow
As a CARA consultant and instructional designer, Kim was my CARA project manager for a client. I was very impressed with how Kim managed not only the very large project and the team, but all the client standards and processes that were new to her. Her professionalism was always in place, even in spite of many obstacles that arose. She not only found ways to manage the obstacles but to remove them for her team. Her flexibility to ensure deadlines were met on time and on budget brought strength to the rest of the team. I am thankful to have experienced working with her and hope to have the opportunity in the future.
