I managed Jason during his time working for Raytheon on the GPS OCX program. Jason did not fail me a single time and he is a dedicated worker. As a cyber security engineer, he came to work at Raytheon and was open to take on any task that was asked of him. He managed the Audit Tiger Team, responsible for developing necessary artifacts in support of major testing events. He was also an integral part of the STIG analysis team as well contributing to the GPS OCX program commitments. During his time at Raytheon, Jason received recognition on two separate occasions from Raytheon leadership for his devotion and efforts to his team, colleagues, and the overall program. I was glad to have Jason on my team and would not hesitate to have him on any team I manage. I wish I had 50 just like him. We'd conquer the world!

I had the pleasure of serving with Jason as his First Sergeant while stationed together at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. Jason is "hands down" one of the most exceptional leaders I've ever personally met. The wellbeing and morale of the Airmen he directly supervised was always his first thought, and he has an uncanny gift when it comes to team building, and inspiring his folks to perform to their very best ability. I would recommend Jason for any leadership or management position he chooses to pursue.
