Offices we visit have a 'nice' atmosphere where people get on with their jobs, but when we went to film at TMB it was totally different, Though the office was well set out and I have to say very 'cool' it felt like a well oiled machine with everyone working towards the same goal, the team chatted, created, laughed and even ate together. It was really well run and was, and is, producing an outstanding service. Something like this has to have a leader figure, but in Dom's case it's more like a loved brother, and that's why TMB/DH works. . . . . .
