I had the pleasure of meeting Randy several years ago when he performed a TOS audit at the field office where I worked. Randy was very thorough, knowledgeable of all procedures, and had great rapport with the staff. Several years later I had the opportunity to work alongside Randy. His knowledge of the job and attention to detail were always clear in day-to-day interaction. He was well respected by his peers and senior management. It is my opinion that Randy possesses the type of skills necessary to manage, lead, and create prosperous growth in any job he seeks. I highly recommend Randy Griggs based on my experience and knowledge of his work over the past six years.

It was a pleasure working for Randy Griggs. He was always very definitive in what he expected from his employees and was very fair. He was able to diffuse client concerns and turn them into opportunities. He took the time to mentor those that needed it and always saw the big picture. Clients learned to view him as their partner in business and knew that he was genuinely concerned about their success. Any company should be proud to have him as one of their leaders.

The formation of SBT allowed us to inspire, educate, and grow more athletes in more communities. We have our own private indoor facility for our players and are committed to building a unique travel baseball program grounded in a positive and trusting environment. In 2022, SBT announced its affiliation with Midland Baseball beginning in the 2022/2023 season, forming Midland Baseball of TN (Midland TN).
