Fazina is one of the most engaging and enthusiastic people I've ever met, both within a personal and business capacity. Working as part of Fazina's operations-focused team was a pleasure; opinions mattered, thoughts where listened to and most importantly there was an incredibly strong feeling of unity within the team that Fazina lead. Fazina is incredibly efficient, a great manager and forward-thinker and has been a strong pillar for which Shepherd was founded upon - I'm not sure the company would have been as much of a success as it is now without Fazina's input.
