My belief is that Real Estate is a relationship-based industry. A relationship based on trust, integrity, and optimizing the buying or selling experience; whether that means finding that perfect property for my buyer, or getting the greatest value possible for my seller. My role is to do exactly that. I specialize in residential homes, with a large focus on waterfront properties, and first-time buyers, in the Quinte, Prince Edward County, Northumberland, and Trent Hills areas. I have been in the industry for over twenty years, and personally have years of experience in buying, renovating, staging, and selling homes across the GTA, from Burlington to Thornhill, and recently Brighton and the surrounding area. I have done numerous courses over the years including becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker. My educational Business background at Ryerson University, and interior design background gives me a strong foundation for knowing how to get the highest value for my clients. I spent years licensed by FSCO as an Accredited Mortgage Professional. With this knowledge and experience, I can advise my clients on the best move financially to meet their particular goals. I also spent 3 years in Real Estate Management, overseeing over 1300 Realtors at the largest independent Real Estate firm in Toronto. I have recently received the Royal LePage Director's Platinum Award for 2019,2017, the Royal LePage President's Gold Award for 2018, 2016, and have consistently won other achievement awards in previous years, such as the Million Dollar Club, the Top 5 Agents Award, and the Director's Award two years in a row.On a personal level, I enjoy supporting my local community. I believe that these small networks can have a great impact on the strength of our area. I volunteer my time at my church and church library, as well as a used clothing store in my area. Sharing my time with my church and community is something I enjoy.
