Anais and I worked together at Nielsen on a sales team, where she proved incredibly nimble, collaborative, and thorough. She was a swiss army knife, always enthusiastic and capable of taking on new challenges. However, what made my time working with Anais most memorable was her commitment to compassion. Under the dense pressures of a high volume sales organization, Anais was always the light in the room, going out of her way to ensure that, beyond getting the job done, everyone on the team was well cared for. That quality goes a long way in businesses built on relationships, as those strong relationships lead to a happier team, happier clients, and ultimately, revenue security.
