Community Engagement • Partner with volunteers from over 50 Philadelphia churches and ministries. • Facilitate ongoing relationships with community organizations for client referrals. • Mentor and supervise Social Work interns from local universities and seminaries. Food Service Management • Ensure food safety through the implementation of an SOP/HACCP manual as well as staff training in ServSafe Certification. • Budget and order food and supplies for approximately 500-600 daily meals. • Cultivate a culinary arts training program for long-term and recovery program residents.
