I worked with Steve from the pre-opening phase of The Allison Inn & Spa for about two years. Pressed with a tight deadline for our opening, Steve was able to hire, train and develop his SOP’s, plus numerous other details. Training was key due to the shortage of qualified Team Members. His hands-on and mentoring approach provided coaching and support, reinforcing a gracious approach to hospitality espoused by his Team. Steve is easy to talk to and has an out-going personality. He has a thorough understanding of the entire operation, not just Rooms but also Food and Beverage, Social Media along with his impressive acumen for all things financial. Steve focuses on the customer through all phases, from reservations to creative marketing ideas to his to day-to-day visibility and commitment. This is his core passion. It was a pleasure to work with Steve; I wish him great success for his future.
