  In my role as outside staff manager, I am in charge of making sure all outside staff (16 currently) are up to date with any operational changes as well as making sure we are staying on task. Also, making sure all new hires are properly trained and fully prepared once they begin their time at DCC. Greeted members with a positive and engaging attitude. (250+ members) Maintained driving range by collecting and washing range balls and keeping the area clean and organized. Assisted Golf Pro with staging and execution of tournaments and events, including course setup. (20 events each season). Allowed for the functionality of the course to continue through consistency in the cart barn as well as professionalism and social skills in the pro shop.
