  John is the Chief Executive Officer of Monitor Real Estate Services, LLC, which provides management consulting and financial services, including hard money and commercial lending. Consilium Development also provides services in the field of government contract proposal writing and opportunity identification and real estate development and due diligence. John has served as an expert witness before federal and state courts for issues pertaining to hard money and commercial lending practices and private finance. John's energy and passion for business and real estate is contagious. He has been engaged in the field for over 30 years in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region and has played an important role in community development and education by conducting his nonprofit monthly Tysons Development Roundtable meetings for members of the general public. He is actively engaged in the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Eric Monday Foundation (www.takedownthestigma.org) which promotes mental health awareness through sports and the athlete-coach relationship. #takedownthestigma. John is a native to Long Island, New York. He attended college at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York and attended graduate school at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. John currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia and is the proud husband to Alexandra and father of Sarah, Ryan, Amanda and Brendan. Show less
