Jim Ballard

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jim Koshar as he was a key member of my leadership team at Perot Systems Government Services from early 2003 thru mid 2006. Jim joined Perot Systems as the result of an important acquisition that expanded our size and footprint in the government marketplace. Jim was one of those individuals that were vitally important to the sucess of the acquisition and the subsequent integration. He had already done an exceptional job of growing the initail business with the U S Coast Guard and he followed up that yeoman effort by sucessfully winning the recompeted contract and ultimately growing the business to more than 160 assocaites...a threefold increase over only a six-year period. Jim not only grew his USCG business but he became a driving force and a recognized leader within my executive team. A consummate professional and skilled team builder he often took the lead in executing company-wide initiatives that were critical to the sustained growth of our company. I would readily welcome the opportunity to work with Jim again.
