En peu de temps, Yahya a acquis une très bonne expertise du service client de chez Garantme. Il a toujours travaillé de manière proactive et a su identifier lui même les axes d'améliorations dans les différents projets qu'on lui a confié. En plus de son poste d'After Sales Officer, il lui a été confié plusieurs projets sur l'amélioration de nos campagnes de mailing, nos WFs... grâce à ses connaissances de notre CRM.
