Taking on a senior role in the organisation I would take responsibility for the planning, executing and presenting our key Sunday meetings. I would take the leadership for running the organisations internal functions as well as public meetings when the CEO is away. My key role was to lead people to ensure the little details were never missed while keeping both staff and volunteers focused on the bigger picture and goals of the church.
