The vision of Recruit19 is to support customers with a simplified, affordable and quality recruitment service during and post the Covid-19 pandemic. In other words, we want to do things differently! Covid-19 has changed the world and with it, businesses are evolving and adapting to a new way of working to support their future success. The recruitment industry is no different – feedback from our customers is that they are still looking for the very best people to work for their business, however need to manage their costs in the current environment. This has presented a challenge for being a recruitment business, as in the past if has often been an expensive service. This has meant we have needed to evolve based on the changing needs of our customers. At the very core of our business, Reruit19 was launched to support businesses to find the best people at an affordable cost but with the same quality service. As such we have a lower-cost flat fee model that will support businesses with their recruitment needs during and post the Covid-19. Lower cost does not mean lower quality. We pride ourselves on providing a customer and candidate experience that is simple, effective and most of all enjoyable. As such our business does not operate on sales targets – we believe our business model and service support our success. As a start, Recruit19 will focus on recruiting for industries such as Supply Chain, Construction and Real Estate as we are experienced in these fields. This however, does not mean we don’t want to hear from businesses in other industries that have the same requirement for a simplified, affordable and quality recruitment service – we would love to hear how we can support your business.
