Responsible for researching, analyzing, implementing, and presenting marketing strategies for the product to CIEE upper management: included visiting existing and recruiting new international partners in South America. • Streamlined partner relations and doubled sales by recruiting the strongest and most efficient partners while cutting ineffective and low performing partners. • Developed a better performing partner agent base which created better experiences for participants and an increased percentage in J-1 visas issued to participants on the program. • Ensured that sales goals, training and needs were met and surpassed for 18 agencies throughout South America, South Africa, and Australia. Trainings, Presentations and Event Management • Successfully initiated, organized and executed the first southern hemisphere agent trainings in Miami, FL in 2004 and Lima, Peru in 2005.
