I assisted Kim's team as they managed J&G's transition to newer PCs. This required configuring and installing the new machines and prepping the old machines for return to the leasing company. I don't recall any hiccups in the process which encompassed over 40 users and required a seamless integration with a third-party document management system to limit the user's downtime. I was impressed with Kim's organizational skills at the time, but having later gone through the same process myself at Slack & Davis (on a much smaller scale), I'm amazed with Kim's ability to overcome the logistical problems that she faced. I also filled in at the help desk during holidays and whenever the opportunity arose. The team's responsiveness to user issues and "can do" attitude attested to Kim's excellent leadership.
