Lynn Umbarger

Kevin is an extremely proficient project manager at the Sherriff's Office. He handle a variety of situations with professionalism and efficiency. One skill I noticed he was very good at was getting the meeting back on track when it had gone off on a tangent. This was an impressive feat considering the number of resources on the call! This particular engagement was one of the most complicated I have seen in my 35+ years as an IT professional and I would highly recommend Kevin as a Project Manager anytime.
